Construction Of Central Heating, Gas And Hot Water Installations In Seven Residential Premises No. 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 In Accordance With The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared By The Ordering Party. 1.3.Connection Of Internal Gas Installations Of Individual Premises To The Gas Network 1.4.Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Wall-Mounted Dual-Function Condensing Gas Boilers 1.5.Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Gas Cookers 1.6.Supply Of Electrical Power And Protection To Four-Burner Gas Cookers With An Oven And Gas Boilers 1.7. Works Related To The Adaptation Of Chimneys To A State Consistent With Technical And Construction Regulations 1.8. Demolition Of Tiled Stoves, Dismantling Of Coal Stoves 1.9. Accompanying Works 1.10. Completion Of All Formalities Required By Law Related To The Acceptance And Admission To Operation Of Completed Gas Installations For Individual Residential Premises, Including: - Carrying Out Tests And Examinations Related To The Completed Installations - First Start-Up Of Heating Devices By Authorized Service Along With Technological Start-Up Of The Installation. As Part Of The First Start-Up, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To Check The Correct Connection Of The Heating Device To The Hydraulic And Electrical Installations As Well As To The Exhaust And Condensate Discharge, Adjust The Heating Parameters, Check The Correct Operation, And Check The Security Features.  Training The Tenants And The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Installed Devices.  Providing The Ordering Party With Technical And Commissioning Documentation And Warranty Cards, And The Operating Instructions - To The Tenants Of The Premises.2. Stage Ii - Optional Order Applies To Residential Premises No. 4 And 5 At Ul. Niedziałkowskiego 2. The Optional Scope Includes: 2.1. Construction Of Central Heating, Gas And Hot Water Installations In Two Residential Premises No. 4 And 5 In Accordance With The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared By The Ordering Party. 2.2.Connection Of Internal Gas Installations Of Individual Premi
