1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Garbage Shelter For Containers For Collecting Solid Waste, Including A Cable Connection, Access Control And Monitoring Installations, And Internal Lighting Of The Shelter At Ul. Kościuszki 26 W Suwałkach.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). Additionally, The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities As An Auxiliary Document.4. The Bills Of Quantities Constitute Only An Auxiliary And Informational Document That The Contractor May Use When Preparing The Offer, But They Do Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Full Scope Of Works.5. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Opz And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations.6. Required Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty, Counting From The Date Of Final Protocol Acceptance Of The Works: Minimum 36 Months, Maximum 60 Months.7. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of Description Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Those That Ensure Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of Standards Referred To In The Swz (Unless Specified In Detail), Current Standards Are Understood. In Other Cases (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems), A Product, Material Or System With Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Considered Equivalent. 8. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes A Provision Resulting From Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters To Complete The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Equipment Provided That It Will Ensure The Achievement Of The Assumed Design Parameters And Will Not Cause The Risk Of Non-Compliance Of The Work Performed With The Technical Documentation.9. Whenever In This Tor The Subject Of The Order Was Defined By Indicating Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Etc., The Ordering Partys Intention Was To Present A Type Of Goods That Met The Ordering Partys Requirements.
