The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called: Construction Of A Warehouse With The Necessary Infrastructure For The Needs Of Olioc In The Town Of Odolion On Plots No. 43/16, 43/15, 43/13, Odolion District. A Detailed Description Of The Subject And The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Implementation Conditions Are Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Contract Template And Annex No. 11 - Functional And Utility Program.2. The Scope Of The Task Was Divided Separately Into: Stage I - Development Of Design Technical Documentation Along With The Necessary Administrative Decisions Authorizing Construction Works For The Task. Implementation Of The Construction And Executive Design, Obtaining The Decisions Required By Law. Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Technical Documentation Adopted By The Ordering Party, Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works And Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.3. Preparation And Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Above-Mentioned Investment Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Construction And Executive Design, 2) Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities, 3) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 4) Preparation Of The Necessary Map For The Design Documentation, 5) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Before Reporting The Intention To Build Facilities Or Submitting An Application For A Building Permit, 6) Notifying The Intention To Construct A Facility And Obtaining Approval County Office Or Submitting An Application For A Building Permit.7) Authors Supervision At The Stage Of Implementation Of Construction Works Within The Scope Of The Task And During The Warranty And Quality Guarantee Period. 8) The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Order Should Include, Depending On The Needs Arising From The Received Conditions, Arrangements And Adopted Design Solutions, The Execution And Submission Of Works To The Ordering Party In The Following Scope: A) Preparation Of A Construction And Executive Design - 5 Copies In Paper Form, B) Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities - 2 Copies In Paper Form, C) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate - 2 Copies In Paper Form, D) Preparation Of A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - 3 Copies In Paper Form,E) Preparing The Necessary Map For The Design Documentation,F) Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Decisions And Opinions Necessary For The Proper Development Of Design Documentation In Order To Notify The Intention To Build A Facility Or Submit An Application For A Building Permit,G) Obtaining Acceptance Of The Notification Of The Intention To Build A Facility Or A Building Permit.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach The Documents
