The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Renovation And Thermal Modernization Works Of A Residential Building At Ul. Katowicka 22 In Kamienna Góra. The Building Is Located On A Plot According To Land Records No. 177/1, District 7 Of The City Of Kamienna Góra. The Building Is Located In The Area Covered By The Local Development Plan In The Area Of Katowicka Street In Kamienna Góra (Resolution No. Lii/348/18 Of November 14, 2018 Of The Kamienna Góra City Council). Additionally, The Building Is Entered Into The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Subject Building Is A Compact Development, Located At Katowicka Street, It Has Two Entrances: The Main Entrance From The Street And From The Yard Behind The Building. On The Western Side, The Building Borders The Neighboring Multi-Family Property, And On The Eastern External Wall, In The Ground Floor Part, It Borders With Utility Rooms That Are Scheduled For Demolition. A Multi-Family Building, Three-Story, Without A Basement, With A Two-Level Attic In The Shape Of A Rectangle, Made In Traditional Technology With Walls Made Of Ceramic Bricks, Wooden Inter-Story Ceilings And A Steep Roof With A Wooden Rafter-Collar Beam Structure Supported By Joist Systems, Covered With Lap Tiles.
