The Subject Of The Order Is The Current Renovation And Maintenance Of Municipal Roads Consisting In The Performance Of Partial Renovations, Renovation Works (Not Requiring A Building Permit Or Permit Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311) Of All Types Of Road Surfaces, Streets, Sidewalks, Drainage, Ditches, Engineering Structures And Works Maintenance, Cleaning And Other Activities In Order To Maintain Safety On The Managed Road Network.
