The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Involving The Development Of A Recreational Park-Like Area Located Next To The Water Reservoir In Jordanów Śląski, In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Approvals, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, And The Performance Of Construction Works, As Well As Obtaining A Decision Enabling The Use Of The Facility Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works. 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1.1.1 In The Scope Of Design Works: A) Preparation Or Updating Of A Map For Design Purposes, B) Performance Of Necessary Research And Analyses, Including Geotechnical Ones (If Required), C) Development Of Complete, Inter-Industry Coordinated Design Documentation, Including Industry Designs, D) Performance Of Necessary Design Calculations, E) Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Technical Conditions And Administrative Decisions, Including A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Works, F) Agreeing Design Solutions With The Ordering Party. G) Design Documentation Must Be Complete, Coordinated And Consistent With Applicable Legal Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 1.1.2 In The Scope Of Construction Works: A) Performance Of Preparatory Works, Including Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, Construction Of Construction Facilities, Protection Of Existing Infrastructure And Greenery, As Well As Demolition And Dismantling Works, If Required, Together With The Removal And Disposal Of Waste, B) Performance Of Earthworks And Preparatory Works, Including Including Removal Of Topsoil, Trenching, Land Profiling, Construction Layers, Drainage And Strengthening Of The Subsoil In The Case Of Low-Bearing Soils, C) Construction Of Technical Infrastructure, Including Water Supply And Sewage Connections, Electrical And Lighting Installations And Technological Installations For Graduation Towers, D) Construction Of Facilities And Land Development Elements, In Particular: • Recreational Bridge Over A Water Reservoir, • Public Toilet, • Brine Graduation Tower With Installation, • Parking Lot, Including Places For People With Disabilities, • Paths And Pedestrian Routes, • Hardened And Permeable Surfaces, • Park Lighting, • Local Fences, • Elements Of Small Architecture, • Planting Greenery, E) Execution Of Construction And Foundation Works, Including Foundations For Facilities And Elements Of Land Development And Bridge Structures, With Adaptation Of The Foundation Technology To The Soil And Water Conditions.1.2 The Scope Of The Order Also Includes All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For Proper Implementation Investment, Including Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed.
