1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Performance Of Works And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Ul. Kordeckiego On The Section From Ul. Kościuszki To Ul. Słowackiego In Brzeziny. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Renovation Of Existing Sidewalks By Replacing Existing Small-Size Concrete Elements With Concrete Cubes, Along With Replacing The Existing Curb And Existing Edges With New Ones, - Renovation Of Exits Located Within The Sidewalk, Consisting In Replacing The Existing Wearing Course Layer Made Of Trilined Concrete And Concrete Cubes With New Concrete Cubes, Along With Replacing The Existing Base With A New One, - Replacing The Layer Wearing Course On A New Road (Milling The Old Layer And Laying A New Wearing Course). Due To The Fact That The Renovation Will Consist In Replacing Damaged Elements Of The Sidewalk, Exits, Curb, Replacing The Wearing Course, Earthworks Will Not Be Performed. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With: 1) The Design Documentation Held By The Ordering Party (Annex No. 9 To The Swz), 2) The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 11 To The Swz), 3) The Decision Of The Łódź Provincial Conservator Of Monuments (Annex No. 13 To The Swz), 4) The Conditions Resulting From The Applicable Legal Provisions, 5) The Requirements Resulting From The Applicable Standards And Technical Approvals, 6) Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills. Due To The Lump-Sum Remuneration Adopted In The Contract, The Bills Of Quantities Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Are Used To Detail The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Construction Work And Help The Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of The Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting The Offer.
