1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Strengthening The Structure Of The Existing Retaining Wall At Ul. Modrzewiowa, In Accordance With The Documentation Referred To In Section 5 Of This Chapter. 2. The Investment Area Includes Registered Plots: No. 85/29, Precinct 0004, Am-4 (Id: 022502_1.0004.Ar_4.85/29), No. 112/1, Precinct 0004, Am-4 (Id: 022502_1.0004.Ar_4.112/1) - In Part, No. 112/2 Precinct 0004, Am-4 (Id: 022502_1.0004.Ar_4.112/2) – In Part, No. 52 Precinct 0004, Am-3 (Id: 022502_1.0004.Ar_3.52) – In Part. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Ballast Palisade By Jet Grouting To Relieve The Load On The Retaining Wall, 2) Construction Of Soil And Cement Injection, 3) Construction Of A New Reinforced Concrete Apron, 4) Construction Of New And Renovation Of Existing Drainage Filters, 5) Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Balustrade In The Crown Of The Retaining Wall, 6) Construction Of Wings Reinforced Concrete,7) Construction Of A New Concrete Watercourse,8) Construction Of New Road Layers Of A Concrete Sidewalk And Asphalt Road.4. As Part Of The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Preservation (Protect Against Damage) Of The Existing Land Infrastructure Networks, I.E. Telecommunications, Electricity, Water, Sanitary And Gas Sewage Systems.5. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And In The Design Documentation, Which Includes: 1) Executive Design, 2) Technical And Construction Expertise, 3) Bill Of Quantities, Which Serves As Information. Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration Adopted In These Proceedings, The Contractor, When Pricing The Offer, Should Rely On The Scope Resulting From The Documentation Referred To In This Section. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities During The Implementation Of The Contract Or In The Event Of Works Occurring In Greater Quantities Than In Any Item Of The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Are Included In The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Perform These Works Under The Standard Contractual Risk. Due To The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Quantity Of Works Against The Design Documentation. Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, And4) Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act In A Situation Where The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications, I.E. The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Contain A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Orderi
