The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At The Contractors Expense And Risk.4. Insurance On The Part Of The Ordering Party.5. Requirements For Operational Leasing: A) Leasing In Pln B) Type Of Leasing Installments: Equal And Fixed Throughout The Duration Of The Leasing Contract, The Last 60Th Installment Will Include The Redemption Amount After The End Of The Contract C) Leasing Period: 60 Months D) Initial Payment: 20% E) Redemption Value Of The Leased Item After The End Of The Leasing Contract (Guarantee Deposit, Final Fee, Sales Price): Up To 1%, Provided That It Is Repaid By Any Receivables Arising From The Leasing Agreement.6.
