The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others, Renovation Of The Building Including The Facade, Roof, Roof Truss Structure, Renovation/Reconstruction Of Windows And Doors, Staircases, Sanitary And Electrical Installations, Works In The Premises Resulting From The Renovation Of Common Areas. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature In The Above-Mentioned Annex To The Swz, In The Folder Called Formal Annexes, The Ordering Party Included The Construction Permit, All Decisions Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order, Design Details, A Revision Of The Changes To The Detailed Design Of The Common Parts And A Certificate Regarding The Ramp For Disabled People. Located At Ul. 1-Go Maja 50 In Żyrardów (Record No. 4021/1) Is Under Legal Conservation Protection By Being Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. A - 1112/310 By Decision Of May 17, 1975. Moreover, It Is Located Within The Area Of The Historic Complex Of Osada Fabryczna, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under No. A - 520 By Decision Of January 30, 1979 And In The Area Of The Historic Urban And Architectural System Called Żyrardów - 19Th-Century Factory Settlement, Recognized As A Historical Monument By The Regulation Of The President Of The Republic Of Poland Of January 4, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, No. 11, Item 59).2) The City Guard Institution Is Located And Operates In The Building Covered By The Subject Of The Order.
