The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sports And Recreational Facility - A Pumptrack Bicycle Track Along With Land Development And The Necessary Infrastructure On Part Of Plot No. 16, 8/8 From Precinct 10516 In The Area Of Stanisław Dygat Park In Warsaw In The Design And Build System, Taking Into Account: • Comprehensive Land Development (Pedestrian Routes, Rest Area, Small Architecture, Fencing, Greenery), • Execution Installation And Power Network Of Area Lighting With Independent Power Supply And Measurement, • Implementation And Connection To The Network (Electricity), • Carrying Out Necessary Reconstructions In Terms Of Collisions With Networks (Water Supply Installation, If Required), • Preparation, Obtaining And Verification Of Formal And Legal Documentation (Connection Conditions, Results Of Geological Research, Map For Design Purposes, Inventory Of Greenery), • Ensuring Accessibility Of The Facility And The Area For People With Disabilities, • Adapting All Solutions To Requirements Of Current Construction Law Regulations, Regulations On Technical Conditions And Other Implementing Acts. • And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Arrangements Along With Formal And Legal Documents Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Chapter Iv, As Well As In The Formal And Legal Documents For The Performance Of Construction Works, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed By Him And Approved By The Ordering Party, With The Participation Of The Supervision Inspector Supervising The Implementation Of Construction Works.
