The Order Includes In Particular: • Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With All Necessary Studies, Obtaining Decisions, • Obtaining All Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Use Of The Subject Of The Contract, • Performing Authors Supervision, • Carrying Out Works In Accordance With Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations And Construction Practice; • Meeting All Requirements (Tests And Control Checks) Included In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications, • Ensuring That The Works Are Managed By Appropriate Personnel With The Necessary Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out The Works; • Providing A Bioz Plan And A Work Schedule; • Compliance With The Rules Of Work Safety And Maintaining Order On The Construction Site; • Documenting The Course Of Works In The Construction Log, • Development And Implementation Of Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization, • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. • Providing All Necessary Certificates, Certificates And Permits Necessary To Perform The Works; • Reporting Any Subcontractors Expected To Carry Out The Task; • Design And Implementation Of Pedestrian Crossing/Bicycle Crossing Lighting According To Wr-D-41-4 Guidelines For Designing Infrastructure For Pedestrians.
