The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Windows And Doors In 4 Buildings: Canteen, Jrg 24, Teaching And Hotel Building 40 And Teaching And Barracks 1, Located On The Premises Of The Central School Of The State Fire Service In Częstochowa In The Design And Build System.2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Including The Preparation Of Technical Documentation, 2) Stage 2 - Including The Execution Of Construction Works And As-Built Documentation And Providing Authors Supervision.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And Standards, In Particular: 1) The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And Its Annexes; 2) The Provisions Of The Construction Law; 3) Health And Safety Regulations; 4) Construction Practice; 5) The Submitted Offer; 6) The Technology Specified In The Specification; 7) The Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge; 8) The Applicable Technical And Technological Standards; 9) The Applicable Security And Safety Standards; 10) The Concluded Contract4. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: - Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz, - Technical Specification, Constituting Annex No. 1.2 To Swz5. This Order Is Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Katowice.6. Under The Concluded Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works And Until The End Of The Warranty For Physical Defects For The Works Performed.7. Immediately Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Requests The Presentation Of A Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability (Contractual And Tortious) In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 (Together With Confirmation Of Payment Of The Premium)8. The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With At Least: 60-Month Uniform Warranty And Warranty For Defects On Construction Works Performed And Materials Used - Assessed Criterion. The Maximum Scoring Period Is 120 Months. Offering A Period Longer Than 120 Months Will Not Result In Awarding More Points. In Such A Case, The Maximum Number Of Points For This Criterion Will Be Awarded. The Warranty And Warranty Period Runs From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol For The Completed Works. Detailed Terms Of The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In § 13 Of The Draft Contract.9.
