1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Restoration Of The Area And Creation Of Integration And Educational Zones, Entertainment Zones, Urban Greenery And Water And Land Zones. The Integration And Educational Zone Is The Main Communication Area With Places To Relax And Educational Boards. Play Zone - Equipped With Natural Play Elements: Willow Tunnels And Domes, A Sensory Path, A Sensory And Scent Garden. Urban Green Zone - Part Of The Park With Existing Trees Enriched With New Plantings Of Trees And Shrubs, Flower Beds And Meadows, And Habitat Elements For Animals And Insects, I.E. Stage Iii - Greenery Development And Elements For Nature (This Includes The Action Will Be Partially Carried Out With The Local Community.) The Task Will Be Implemented In The Area Surrounding The Koziegłowy Reservoir, Located At The Intersection Of Zamkowa And Warszawska Streets, In The Area Where The Orlik Sports Field, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball Court And Playground Are Located, On Plots No.: 5756/2, 5755, 5757, 5758. The Development Area Will Be 0.2 Ha. The Location Of The Investment Is Not Covered By The Provisions. Local Spatial Development Plan. The Area Is Not Under Conservation Protection. The Investment Is Outside The Forms Of Nature Protection. According To The Legal Analysis, The Investment Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit (In Accordance With The Construction Law Act), But Requires Notification Of Works (In Accordance With The Construction Law Act). The Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Functional And Utility Program: Design-Build. It Does Not Require Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions. Neither A Declaration Of Compliance Of The Project With Environmental Objectives For A Water Body Nor A Water Permit Are Required. The Project Also Does Not Require Obtaining A Zrid.
