Part 1 Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Consisting In The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Power Generators With The Necessary Electrical Infrastructure To Ensure Reserve Power Supply For The Building Of The Commune Office Of Tomaszów Lubelski And The Building Of The Commune Social Welfare Center In Rogóźno.1) The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Delivery Of A Brand New Power Generator With A Power Of Approx. 44 Kw (Approx. 55 Kva) Along With Equipment (Minimum Requirements Of The Generator Include At Least The Parameters According To The Design And Stwiorb), - Delivery And Assembly Of A Complete Cable Cabinet With An Automatic Reserve Switching System (Szr), - Making The Necessary Electrical Connections - The Contractors Scope Includes The Installation Of The Installation To The Connection Point Prepared By The Ordering Party, In Particular To The Cable Terminals In The Planned Szr Cabinet And The Existing Measuring Cabinet, - Carrying Out Tests, Examinations And Measurements Of The Installation And The Ats System, - Grounding The Installation And Carrying Out The Required Measurements, Tests And Checks, - Assembly Of The Unit In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements, Including The Use Of Vibration-Insulating Elements, - Starting The Unit And Performing Work Tests Under Load, - User Training In The Operation Of The Device, - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Submission Of Test And Measurement Reports, - Cooperation With Pge Dystrybucja S.A. In Accordance With Applicable Procedures. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Separately For Each Location, In A Way That Allows For The Independent Functioning Of Each System. 2) Scope Excluded From The Order. The Ordering Party Informs That Some Of The Construction And Earthworks Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Order And Will Be Performed Independently By The Ordering Party. This Scope Includes In Particular: - Construction Of Foundation Slabs (Foundations) For Power Generators, - Construction Of Fencing For The Generators, - Execution Of Earthworks And Laying Of External Power Supply And Control Cable Lines Between The Generator And The Planned Szr Cabinet (Including Excavations, Laying Cables, Piping, Foil, Backfilling). 3) Final Remarks A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 Is Included In The Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb. – Annex No. 1.1 To Swzall Works Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Installation, Even If Not Expressly Indicated, Are Considered To Be Included In The Scope Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Coordinating The Works With Elements Performed Outside The Order And Adapting The Assembly Of The Unit To The Prepared Infrastructure.
