Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of People To Carry Out Si Therapy (Sensory Integration) For Children - Project Participants. Coordinated Pre- And Post-Adoption Support.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of 300 Hours Of Si Therapy For Children - Participants Of The Project Entitled: Coordinated Pre- And Post-Adoption Support.2. The Purpose Of This Order Is To Support The Development Of Children, In Particular By: A) Increasing Their Activity And Motor Skills, B) Stimulating The Nervous System, C) Providing An Appropriate Amount Of Sensory Stimuli In A Controlled Manner, D) Improving Oculomotor Control, E) Improving Visual And Auditory Perception, F) Improving Concentration.3. The Participants Will Be Children Registered For Adoption And Already Adopted Children Who Are Participants Of The Coordinated Pre- And Post-Adoption Support Project, Living In The Silesian Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For The Recruitment Of Participants And Will Provide A List Of Children With Contact Details Of Their Parents/Guardians.4. Place Of Implementation: Si Therapy Will Be Conducted In A Practice Located No More Than 15 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Bielsko-Biała (Ul. Modrzewskiego 12, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała). The Office Will Be Provided By The Contractor. Note 1: The Distance Between The Indicated Office And The Ordering Partys Headquarters Will Be Determined Based On Google Maps - The Shortest Driving Route. Note 2: The Building And The Office Where Si Therapy Will Be Performed Must Meet At Least The Minimum Requirements To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.5. Additional Information: A. Therapy Will Be Conducted From Monday To Saturday, From 8:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M., On Dates Agreed Between The Contractor And The Adoptive Parents Or Guardians Of The Children Receiving Support. B. The Minimum Order Value Will Be 30% Of The Maximum Value Of The Basic Order (Without Option Rights). The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For The Execution Of The Order Less Than The Maximum Expected Amount. 6. The Contractors Tasks Will In Particular Include: A. Implementation Of Sensory Integration Therapy In Accordance With The Procedure And Standards Appropriate For This Therapy Method; B. Access To The Place Of Therapy; C. Providing A Room For Therapy; D. Scheduling Meetings With Adoptive Parents And Guardians Of Supported Children And Maintaining Meeting Schedules And Schedules;E. Preparation, Based On The Templates Provided By The Ordering Party, Of Documentation On The Implementation Of Activities Under The Project Titled: “Coordinated Pre- And Post-Adoption Support.”7. The Cost Calculation Must Include: A. The Cost Of Remuneration For The Therapist(S);B. The Cost Of Travel Of The Therapist(S) To The Place Of Therapy; C. The Cost Of Providing A Room For Therapy; D. The Cost Of Providing The Tools Necessary To Carry Out The Therapy;E. The Cost Of Maintaining Design Documentation And Its Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters;
