Part I Concerns The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment For Individual Rooms And Offices For The Building Of The Local Government Nursery No. 2 In Grabówki And Includes The Delivery Of, Among Others: The Following Equipment: Desks, Rockers, Mattresses, Cots, Wardrobes, Carpets, Mirrors, Pouffes, Shelves, Tables, Changing Tables, Boards. A Detailed Description Of The Equipment And Their Quantity Is Included In Annex No. 6A To Swz.2. The Delivery Should Be Made To The Building Of The Local Government Nursery No. 2 In Grabówki At Grabówki 585, 32-020 Wieliczka In Quantities And Assortment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Includes Delivery And Carrying Into The Indicated Room And Carrying Out The Necessary Works In The Field Of Assembly, Arrangement, Connection And Commissioning In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, With The Date Of Receipt Being The Transfer Of The Complete Assembled Or Installed Equipment. And Equipment And Signing Of The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order With His Own Means Of Transport, At His Own Expense And Risk. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Any Damage Occurring During Transport. The Contractor Bears All Costs Associated With Delivering The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party And Is Responsible For The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Risk Of Loss, Damage, Etc.)
