Task 1: Delivery Of A Minibus For The Needs Of Osir In Sokółka. Passenger Car - A Minibus, Which In The Standard Version Is A 9 (8+1) Seater, With The Steering Wheel On The Left Side. The Vehicle Is Unregistered, Not For Exhibition Purposes, Brand New, Undamaged, Technically Efficient. The Vehicle Must Have The Necessary Documents Allowing Registration And Operation In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Technical Conditions Of The Offered Vehicle And The Scope Of Necessary Equipment Must Be Consistent With The Regulations And Standards In Force In The Republic Of Poland, And The Materials And Equipment Used Must Have Appropriate Certificates. The Other Required Parameters Of The Vehicle Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Car At His Own Expense To The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Sokółka (16-100), Plac Kościuszki 1, Using A Car Transporter Or Tow Truck, During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, I.E. 8.00 A.M. - 2.00 P.M. On Business Days From Monday To Friday. The Car Must Be Delivered With All Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Car By The Ordering Party. Transport Costs, Including The Costs Of Vehicle Insurance During Transport, Are Borne By The Contractor. At The Time Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, The Vehicle Will Be Filled With The Appropriate Fuel In An Amount Of Not Less Than 10 Liters And Will Have Full Operational Tanks. Along With Handing Over The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: 1) A Full Set Of Keys And Remote Controls In The Quantity Consistent With The Offer; 2) The Vehicles Operating Manual In Polish (Electronic Form Allowed), 3) Warranty Book With Detailed Warranty And Service Conditions (Electronic Form Acceptable), 4) Service Inspection Book (Electronic Form Acceptable), 5) Approval Certificate, 6) List Of Vehicle Accessories And Equipment, 7) All Necessary Documents Required By Law For Vehicle Insurance And Registration. The Car Must Have A Zero Inspection Performed By The Contractor At His Expense Before Delivery.
