The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Scope Of Performing The Function Of Supervision Inspector For Renovation And Investment Tasks And Ongoing Maintenance Of Real Estate Of The Małopolska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. The Subject Of The Order Will Include Acting As The Investors Supervision Inspector, Participation In The Acceptance Of Works, Quality Control Of The Work Performed, Verification Of Technical Documentation, Carrying Out Periodic Inspections Of Construction Facilities And Support For The Ordering Party In The Field Of Investments And Renovation And Construction Works. The Subject Of The Order Will Cover 21 Buildings Located In The Ordering Partys Resources With A Total Building Area Of ​​58.7 Thousand M2. M2, Of Which The Area Of ​​8 Buildings Exceeds 2,000. M2 (These Buildings Are Located At Ul. Nad Drwiną). The Subject Of The Order Will Also Be 3 Structures - Shelters, Including 1 Over 2,000. M2 (Also Nad Drwiną) And 8 Technological Facilities (Transformer Station Buildings) 7 Nad Drwiną And 1 On Zakopiańska. The Order Will Cover: Renovation Or Investment Works On The Premises Of The Facility Located At Ul. Nad Drwiną 10 In Kraków - Not Exceeding 1,800 Clock Hours During The Term Of The Contract (The Ordering Party Accepts 600 Clock Hours Within 12 Months); In The Scope Of Renovation, Construction And Investment Works Carried Out In The Office Building Located At Ul. Kordylewskiego 11 In Kraków - Not Exceeding 360 Clock Hours During The Term Of The Contract (The Ordering Party Accepts 120 Clock Hours Within 12 Months); In The Scope Of Renovation Works And Construction Supervision Carried Out In Buildings Located At Ul. Zakopińska 58 In Krakow - Not Exceeding 72 Clock Hours During The Duration Of The Contract (The Ordering Party Accepts 24 Clock Hours Within 12 Months). Detailed Dates (Schedule) Of Inspections Of Building Structures And Works Related To The Supervision Of Renovation Works And Investments Indicated In Point Ii Of The Opz Will Be Agreed During The Execution Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. Deadline For Completion Of The Order: 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Maximum Total Remuneration Is Exhausted.
