Subject Matter Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Building For The Volunteer Fire Department Along With A Functionally Separated Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse In Majdan Królewski. The Order Covers The Construction Of One Building In Which A Functionally Separated Warehouse Part Is Intended For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. This Part Constitutes A Separate Material And Financial Scope Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Application For Co-Financing. As Part Of The Investment It Is Planned To Build A Complete Facility With Internal Installations, Land Development And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure.2. Scope Of The Orderthe Scope Of The Investment Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Together With Installations, Connections And Land Development, In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Investment Is Located On Plots No. 646/5, 649/2, 646/7 And Part Of Plot No. 1412 (Provincial Road) In Majdan Królewski. 3. Scope Of The Order 3.1 Construction Works The Order Should Include: • Construction Of The Fire Station Building With A Separate Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse, • Construction Of Foundations, Structure And Finishing Of The Building, • Construction Of A Flat Roof, • Construction Of Facade And Finishing Works. Facility Parameters:• Building Area: Approx. 600.5 M² • Usable Area: Approx. 698.67 M² • Number Of Floors: 2 Above-Ground + Tower • Height: Up To 18.41 M (With Tower) 3.2 Internal Installations The Investment Should Include The Following Installations: • Electrical, Including Emergency Power Supply, Including A Power Generator, • Water Supply, • Sanitary Sewage System, • Central Heating, • Gas, • Gravity And Mechanical Exhaust Ventilation, Exhaust Gas Extraction In The Garage, • Telecommunications, • Air Conditioning; 3.3 External Connections And Installationsthe Scope Includes: • Water Supply Connection, • Sanitary Sewage Connection, • Power Supply, • Gas Connection, • Connection To Existing Networks And Supply Of Media To The Facility, • Carrying Out Tests, Examinations, Inspections And Commissioning Of The Installation And Connections, • Obtaining The Required Acceptance And Approvals From Network Operators, • Restoring The Surface And Terrain After The Works Are Completed. 3.4 Land Development The Order Should Include: • Internal Communication System (Road, Maneuvering Area), • Parking Spaces - 4 Pcs. • Exit From The Provincial Road, • Hardening Of The Area, Fencing, Gate • Greenery Development.
