The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Public Kindergarten Building In Tuchów In The Scope Of Construction Of An Internal Elevator (Platform For Disabled People) On Plot No. 1814/2 In Tuchów1.2. For The Order In Question, The Investment Is Co-Financed In The Form Of Construction Works Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law Regarding Facilities For Rehabilitation In Connection With The Needs Of Disabled People, Pursuant To Resolution No. 708/26 Of March 31, 2026 Of The Management Board Of The Małopolska Voivodeship.1.3. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: 1.3.1. Preparatory Works - Construction, Foundation And Adaptation Works, Including Preparation Of The Installation Site For The Internal Elevator Inside The Existing Building, Together With The Adaptation Of Structural Elements.1.3.2. Installation Of An Internal Elevator - Installation Of An Elevator Adapted To The Transport Of People With Disabilities, Meeting Accessibility Requirements (Including Appropriate Width Of The Lift And Entrances, Handrails, Control Panel At The Appropriate Height, Voice Messages, Contrast Markings And In Braille).1.3.3. Implementation Of The Necessary Installations - Electrical And Telecommunications Connections And Security Systems (Including Emergency Lighting, Alarm System, Communication With The Reception/Service).1.3.4. Adjustment Of Horizontal And Vertical Communication Within The Elevator Service Area - Construction Of Access Roads To The Elevator, Equalization Of Levels, Widening Of Passages, Installation Of Anti-Slip Elements And Adaptation Of Doors To The Needs Of People With Mobility Disabilities.1.3.5. Finishing Works - Supplementing Wall And Floor Coverings, Flashings And Aesthetic Elements After The Elevator Installation And Construction Works Are Completed.1.3.6. Adaptation Of Signage And Information - Installation Of Legible And Contrasting Information Boards, Level Markings And Elements Facilitating Movement For People With Visual Disabilities.1.3.7. Construction And Installation Of An Information Board Regarding The Implementation Of The Project.1.4. The Implementation Of The Above Works Will Ensure The Elimination Of Architectural Barriers In The Kindergarten Building And Will Enable Free Use Of The Facility By All Users, Regardless Of Their Level Of Fitness. 1.5.
