1. As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Effective Development Of The Green And Blue Infrastructure Of Zit Mof Piła - Development Of The Area Near The Koszyce Market Square In The Zielona Dolina Estate In Piła - Greenery Development (According To The Project, With Graphic Attachments And Technical Specifications). It Is Planned To Introduce Plantings Of Melliferous Plants, Including: Deciduous Trees And Shrubs, As Well As Perennial Plants. And Ornamental Grasses And Bulb Plants, Which Will Contribute To The Enrichment Of Biodiversity. 2. For The Completed Task Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide A 12-Month Warranty On The Planted Nursery Material. Nursery Material Of Ornamental Plants Intended For Trade Must Be Pure In Variety, Produced In Accordance With The Principles Of Nursery Agrotechnics And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Recommendations. According To The Recommendations Of The Polish Nurserymens Association, Plants Must Be Woody, Hardened And Properly Formed, Maintaining The Shape, Height, Width And Length Of Shoots Typical Of The Species And Variety, As Well As Uniform Branching And Branching. Appropriate Proportions Should Be Maintained Between The Trunk, Crown And Root Ball. The Material Must Be Healthy, Without Mechanical Damage, Symptoms Resulting From Improper Fertilization And Agrotechnics, And Without Rootstock Regrowth. The Root System Must Be Well-Developed, Undamaged, Appropriate For The Given Species, Variety And Age Of The Plant.3. The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable To The Ordering Party And Third Parties For Any Damage To The Property Or Health Of Third Parties Occurring During Or In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Repair Or Bear The Costs Of Repairing Damage Caused During Or In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. 6. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz).7. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have The Rights To Perform Specific Activities Or Activities, If The Law Imposes An Obligation To Have Them. During The Implementation Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Be Included In The Register Of Waste Management Entities (Bdo), In Accordance With Art. 50 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Waste Act.8. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Contract.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.
