1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of Parts Of Internal Communication Routes With Field Stone And Gravel Surfaces, Along With The Construction Of Lawns On The Premises Of The Museum Of Folk Architecture - Ethnographic Park In Olsztynek.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order To The Extent Specified In The Bill Of Quantities In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) - Annexes No. 5.1 - 5.5 And 6 To Swz.4. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Exceeding The Scope Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Is Not Part Of The Subject Of The Order And Should Not Be Valued.5. Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works May Indicate Trademarks Or Origins For Certain Materials Or Devices. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials And Devices Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Design Documentation Or The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Provided That They Ensure The Achievement Of Parameters At Least At The Same Level As Those Assumed In The Design Documentation Or The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works And Will Be No Worse In Terms Of: 1) Functional Nature (Identity Of Function), 2) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability), 3) Safety Parameters Of Use.6. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed.7. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed By The Contractor On The Active Premises Of The Museum Of Folk Architecture - Ethnographic Park In Olsztynek, Therefore The Method Of Its Implementation Requires Agreement With The Ordering Party In Order To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Museum Of Folk Architecture - Ethnographic Park During This Period.8. In The Event Of Interpretation Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And The Content Of The Remaining Annexes To The Swz, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Shall Prevail.9. All Materials Used During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Certified For Use In Construction.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge And Applicable Regulations, As Well As With Respect For Occupational Health And Safety Principles.11. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Local Government Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship
