The Buildings Indicated Above Are Located In Jarocin, At Ul. T. Kościuszki 25 (63-200 Jarocin) On The Plot With Registration Number 375/3, Jarocin Commune, Jarocin Poviat. The Subject Of The Order Mainly Consists Of: 1) Replacement Of Windows And Doors; 2) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With Energy Storage; 3) Modernization Of The Central Heating And Hot Water System (Replacement Of Pipes Transmitting Heat And Hot Water Between Buildings, Replacement Of Radiators, Replacement Of Batteries And Bowls Washbasins And In The Low Pavilion - Installation Of Electric Instantaneous Heaters), As Well As Modernization Of The Cold Utility Water Installation, 4) Modernization Of The Heating Station Room (Floor, Walls, Doors); 5) Installation Of A New Power Connection; 6) Installation Of A Lightning Protection System; 7) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation; 8) Replacement Of Lighting; 9) Insulation Of External Walls And Floors On The Ground; 10) Insulation Of The Flat Roof From The Top And Pitched Roofs From The Inside High Pavilion And The Ceiling Under The Unusable Attic Of The Low Pavilion; 11) Installation Of External Roller Shutters; 12) Modernization Of The Sswin Installation; 13) Introduction Of A Building Management System. The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Materials And Devices (Purchased Or Manufactured By The Contractor), Brand New And Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Meeting The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction In Accordance With The Documentation Design. Regardless Of The Provisions Contained In The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Responsible For Comprehensive Handling Of Materials From The Disassembly/Demolition Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order. The Contractor Does Not Hand Over Dismantled Metal Materials That Are Unsuitable For Use To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Dnsh Rules.
