1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction, Assembly And Delivery Works As Part Of The Task: Thermal Modernization Of A Public Utility Building - Gops In Sokolniki. The Task Is Carried Out In The Design-Build Formula.2. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Public Utility Facility, Therefore The Contractor: A) Is Obliged To Fully And Tightly Fence The Work Area In A Way That Prevents Access By Unauthorized Persons, In Particular Gops Petitioners And Staff. The Fence Must Be Stable, Free Of Sharp Edges And Systematically Inspected. All Excavations, Material Storage Areas And Crane Work Zones Must Be Secured In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, With Particular Emphasis On The Specificity Of The Public Utility Facility, B) The Movement Of Construction Vehicles And Deliveries Of Materials May Only Take Place During Hours Agreed With The Gops Management. During The Entry And Exit Of Vehicles From The Construction Site, The Contractor Must Provide A Person To Manage Traffic Who Will Ensure The Safety Of Pedestrians, C) Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Disrupt The Work Of Gops. Works Generating Excessive Noise, Vibrations Or Bothersome Odors (E.G. Painting With Solvent Paints, Welding Roofing Felt) Must Be Performed Outside Gops Working Hours Or On Non-Working Days, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party, D) The Contractor Will Provide Employees With Social And Sanitary Facilities Within A Separate Construction Site, E) The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order At The Construction Site And Its Immediate Surroundings Throughout The Duration Of The Investment. Construction Waste, Rubble And Material Packaging Must Be Stored Only In Containers Designated For This Purpose And Systematically Removed At The Contractors Expense, F) Communication Routes (Corridors, Staircases, Access Roads) Used By The Users Of The Facility Must Be Cleaned On An Ongoing Basis, At Least Once A Day After The Completion Of The Works. If Mud, Dust Or Other Contaminants Posing A Risk Of Slipping Are Introduced, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Them Immediately, G) The Contractor Will Use Appropriate Technical Measures To Limit The Spread Of Dust Outside The Designated Work Area (E.G. Dust Curtains, Moistening Of Excavated Material, Industrial Vacuum Cleaners), H) After Completing The Works, And Before Reporting Readiness For Final Acceptance, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fully Clean The Facility And The External Area. Cleaning Includes The Removal Of All Remnants Of Materials, Dismantling Of Temporary Fences And Washing Of Dirty Surfaces (Windows, Floors, Facades) To The Extent Resulting From The Work Performed, I) In The Event Of Failure To Clean, The Ordering Party Has The Right - After Calling The Contractor And Setting A 2-Hour Repair Deadline - To Commission Cleaning To A Third Party At The Contractors Expense And Risk (Substitute Performance), Deducting The Amount Due Fro
