The Entire Order Was Divided Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Subject Of This Part Of The Procedure Is: Conducting An Educational And Information Campaign In 2026 As Part Of The Mazovia Without Smog Project. Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: Based On The Analysis Of The Educational Needs Of The Inhabitants Of The Chorzele Commune Along With A Scenario Of Educational Activities For 2025-2028 Prepared Last Year, The Contractor Will Carry Out An Educational And Information Campaign In The Chorzele Commune In 2026 As Part Of The Project Entitled Mazovia Without Smog, Which Consists Of The Following Tasks:1. Organizing And Conducting Educational Campaigns In The Field Of Air Protection (At Least 2 Events A Year, I.E. 1 Event In Each Half-Year - Stationary), Addressed To Groups Requiring Special Support (Specified In The Analysis Of The Educational Needs Of The Inhabitants Of The Chorzele Commune Along With The Scenario Of Educational Activities For 2025-2028), E.G. Training On The Provisions Of The Anti-Smog Resolution And The Obligations Arising From It, Demonstrations On How To Monitor Energy Consumption And How Energy Saving Will Affect The Budget Home, Distribution Of Publications Regarding The Anti-Smog Resolution And Obligations Resulting From It, As Well As Activities Supporting Energy Efficiency. The Minimum Number Of Participants In One Event Is 10 People.2. Organizing And Conducting Educational Campaigns In The Field Of Air Protection (At Least 2 Events A Year, I.E. 1 Event In Each Half-Year - Stationary), Addressed To The General Public (Including A Group Of Young People From The Age Of 13 - Students From The 6Th Grade), E.G. Training On The Provisions Of The Anti-Smog Resolution And The Obligations Arising From It, Demonstrations On How To Monitor Energy Consumption And How Energy Saving Will Affect The Household Budget, Distribution Of Publications Regarding The Anti-Smog Resolution And The Obligations Arising From It, And Activities Supporting Energy Efficiency. The Minimum Number Of Participants In One Event Is 25 People.3. Organizing And Conducting At Least 2 Stationary Meetings In 2026 (At Least 1 Meeting Per Half-Year) With Opinion-Forming Groups, I.E. Entrepreneurs, Doctors, Priests, Teachers, Volunteer Fire Departments, Local Action Groups, Non-Governmental Organizations, Public Institutions Operating In The Field Of Air/Environment Protection. The Meetings Are Intended To Familiarize People With The Issue Of Air Pollution, Its Effects And The Aid Programs Offered To Protect The Air. The Minimum Number Of Participants In One Event Is 10 People. 4. Minimum Requirements For All Events:A. Duration: Approx. 2-3 Hours, B. Must Include An Educational Part (Minimum 60 Minutes), C.
