Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services As Part Of The Małopolski Tele-Anioł 2.0 Project With Option Rights

1. The Order Will Include The Provision Of A Catering Service Consisting In The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Including: Preparation And Delivery Of Dishes, Serving Meals By Professional And Competent Staff, Provision Of Tables, Appropriate Tableware And Glassware And Decorations, Depending On The Type Of Meeting And The Rank Of Guests, As Well As Cleaning Up After The Service.2. Catering Services Will Be Provided As Part Of Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party And Held In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. A One-Time Order May Include Catering Services Provided During Meetings Organized For, Among Others: 5 People And Max. 200 People. 3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right As Part Of The Order. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Option May Be Implemented For Up To 12 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Basic Order Or Until The Amount Allocated For Its Implementation Is Exhausted, Under The Same Conditions As Those Provided For The Basic Order.4. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract.6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.7.
