The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Trips And Meetings For The Łukasiewicz Research Network - Itech Of The Institute Of Innovation And Technology In The Following Scope: A) Reservation, Purchase And Delivery Of Airline Tickets For International And Domestic Air Transport To The Ordering Party; B) Reservation, Purchase And Delivery Of Railway Tickets For International And Domestic Railway Transport To The Ordering Party; C) Purchase Of Insurance Policies To The Extent Specified In This Subject Of The Order; D) Reservation And Purchase Of Hotel Rooms In Poland And Abroad; E) Reservation, Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of Tickets For Domestic Intercity Bus Transport (Pks, Flixbus And Others); F) Purchase Of Entry Visas, G) Verification Of Current Travel Rules And Restrictions - Providing Detailed Information On The Epidemiological Situation In The Country And Conditions Of Entry To Individual Countries, Including: Traffic At The Border, The Need To Take A Test, The Obligation To Be Vaccinated, The Obligation To Undergo Quarantine.
