The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Ordering Party With Services Of An Ai Voice Bot Integrated With The His System And Activities Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Hospital As Part Of The Project Implementation Of E-Services At The Dr. Tytus Chałubiński District Hospital In Zakopane, In Two Areas Covered By The Project: 3) Activities Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Hospital; 4) Implementation Of Ai Solutions And Connection To The Central Repository Of Medical Data, In Including Connection To The Intelligent Services Platform (Pui) In The E-Health Center.2. The Provision Of Services That Are The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Implementation Of E-Services At The Dr. Tytus Chałubiński District Hospital In Zakopane Includes: In Area 4 - Implementation Of Ai Solutions And Connection To The Central Repository Of Medical Data, The Following Should Be Performed: 1) Ai Voice Bot Service Integrated With The His System - 1 Set. The Detailed Scope Of This Part Of The Order Is Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order [Hereinafter Referred To As Opz] Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain A Service And It Software With Technical, Quality, Operational And Functional Parameters Specified In The Swz, And Not Solutions Of A Specific Manufacturer. For These Reasons, The Contracting Authority Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That There Are Such Indications Anywhere In The Swz, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Informational Indications (Not Binding On Contractors). For These Reasons, An Offer That Does Not Meet Such Indications Will Not Be Considered Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz And Will Not Be Rejected For These Reasons.4. This Subject Of The Order Is An Expenditure Within The Area For The Implementation Of Projects In The Project Entitled: Implementation Of E-Services At The Dr. Tytus Chałubiński District Hospital In Zakopane, Implemented Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan Program, Priority Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System - Grant Part, Measure D1.1.2. Accelerating Digital Transformation Processes In Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care.5. Taking Into Account The Above, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out This Order In Accordance With The Dnhs Principle At Every Stage Of Its Implementation, In Particular To Comply With The Principles Of Sustainable Development And Social Responsibility.6.
