1. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Ordering Party With Services Consisting In The Provision Of Comprehensive Laundry Services With Transport To The District Hospital In Zakopane, Ul. Kamieniec 10, 34-500 Zakopane, Including, Among Others: Collection Of Dirty And Delivery Of Clean Linen, Washing Flat And Patterned Linen (Hospital Clothing Such As Aprons, Doctors And Nursing Clothes And Other Staff Work Clothes) And Other Products Used By The Ordering Party (Such As Blankets, Curtains, Mops, Etc.), Drying, Ironing, Ironing And Chemical-Thermal Disinfection (Including Non-Standard Articles Such As Mattresses, Blankets, Plush Toys, Quilts, Pillows, Mops, Etc.), Including, Among Others: For The Departments: General Surgery With The Sub-Division Of Urology, Pediatrics And Neonatology, Obstetrics And Gynecology, Trauma And Orthopedic Surgery And The Operating Theater) In Accordance With The Applicable Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations And The Regime Applicable To Entities Performing Medical Activities.2. The Contractors Task Is To Provide Comprehensive Laundry Services To The District Hospital In Zakopane, The Amount Of Which Was Estimated Based On The Average Amount Of Washing And Disinfection For The Last 24 Months And Is: 1) The Estimated Amount Of Washed Linen During The Duration Of The Contract Is - 144,000 Kg, 2) The Estimated Amount Of Linen And Other Articles To Be Disinfected During The Duration Of The Contract Is - 6,400 Kg.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Above-Mentioned Amount Of Washing And Disinfection, Which Is The Subject Of This Tender Procedure, Is An Estimated Amount And May Change During The Implementation Of The Contract In Question, Reduced By No More Than 20%, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.4. The Washing Process Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Regulations And Standards, Taking Into Account The Requirements And Recommendations Applicable In Health Care Units, In Particular In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Minister Of Health Regarding The Requirements For The Proper Functioning Of The Laundry For Entities Providing Laundry Services To Entities Providing Medical Services (Hospitals), Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To Swz.5.
