The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal For The Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown, Which Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Carrying Out Land Improvements And Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.). The Entire Cadastral Territory Of The Municipality Of Koloděje Nad Lužnicí Will Be Included In The Complex Land Management Area, Excluding The Built-Up Territory Of The Municipality And Larger Forest Units Located At The Cadastral Border In The Northern And Eastern Parts Of The Cadastral Territory. Furthermore, The Remote Location Pláň In The Northeast Of The Territory, Near The Cadastral Border With C.Ú., Was Not Included In The Kopú District. Netechovice. And Methodical Instructions For Carrying Out Land Improvements (In The Current Version). The Results Of The Individual Sub-Parts Will Be Submitted In Accordance With The Contract For The Work.
