The Subject Of The Contract Is - To Prepare The Documentation For The Removal Of The Building And To Secure A Permit For The Removal Of The Building And To Prepare The Project Documentation For The Issuance Of Planning Permission And Documentation For The Execution Of The Building (Hereinafter Referred To As Pd), - The Performance Of The Designers Supervision, - The Performance Of The Work Safety And Health Protection Coordinator, - The Performance Of The Technical Supervision Of The Builder, - The Provision Of A Valid Permit For The Construction Plan, Incl. Securing All The Opinions Of The Relevant State Administration Authorities Necessary For The Issuance Of This Permit. The Subject Of The Pd Is The Demolition Of The Existing Building, The Assembly Ramp And Other Temporary Shelters And Stands In The Vicinity Of The Hangar, And The Subsequent Complete Reconstruction Of The Hangar Building No. 4, The Addition Of A Two-Story Building For Facilities, The Construction Of Approx. 75 Parking Spaces For Passenger Vehicles And 5 Spaces For Trucks, Including Fencing Of The Hangar Area.
