Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Health And Social Services, For Crematoriums And Public Conveniences – Renovation Work On Rooms Within Social And Medico-Social Establishments And Services, Including Integration Of Transfer Rails. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Enable Resah, Acting, On The One Hand, As A Purchasing Center Within The Meaning Of Article L. 2113-2-2° Of The Code And, On The Other Hand, For The Purposes Of Its Own Activities Relating To The Implementation Of Its Cooperation Activities, To Acquire Room Renovation Work Within Social And Medico-Social Establishments And Services, Including The Integration Of Ceiling Transfer Rails. It Covers The Work: Total Or Partial Renovation Of Rooms; The Complete Or Partial Repair Of Floors And Walls, Consistent With The Renovation Operation; The Removal, Replacement Or Adaptation Of The False Ceilings Necessary For The Integration Of The Transfer Device; Adaptation Of Plumbing Installations And Sanitary Equipment; The Supply, Installation, Modification Or Removal And Reinstallation Of Ceiling Transfer Rails, Adapted To The Specific Configuration Of Each Room; The Completion Of Finishes Ensuring The Aesthetics, Functionality And Hygiene Of The Renovated Premises. The Renovation Of A Room Will Necessarily Involve The Integration, Modification Or Removal/Reinstallation Of A Transfer Rail, Inseparable From The Finishing Work, The Scale Of Which Is Modulated According To The Specific Needs Of The Establishment (Budgetary Level, Search For Homogeneity, Age Of The Fittings, Heritage Strategy, Etc.). It Is Therefore Not Possible To Order, Under This Contract, The Acquisition Of Rails Alone Or The Carrying Out Of Isolated Finishing Works. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded By Resah Acting As A Purchasing Center Under Article L. 2113-2, 2° Of The Code (So-Called “Intermediary” Mode), For The Benefit Of The Beneficiaries And Potential Beneficiaries, The List Of Which Is Annexed To The Specific Administrative Clauses (Ccap). The Services Are Defined In Detail In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp). Room Renovation Work In Social And Medico-Social Establishments And Services, Including The Integration Of Ceiling Transfer Rails, Is Intended For Any Organization Meeting The Definition Of “Beneficiaries” And “Potential Beneficiaries” As Identified In Appendix 1, Regardless Of Its Geographical Location In Mainland France. They May Also Be Intended For Potential Beneficiaries Whose Head Office Is Located In Corsica, In The Overseas Departments, Region And Communities (Drom-Com), In Monaco, In Andorra, In Switzerland Or In The Member States Of The European Union Or The Euro Zone, The Eea, Belgium (Via Mercurhosp) And The United Kingdom, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Review Clause Provided For In This Ccap.
