Advertising Campaign Services – Design, Implementation And Management Of A Communication Strategy For The Dax And Terra Cosmetic Range. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Design, Implement And Manage A Global Communications Strategy (360°) Aimed At Developing Sales Of The Dax And Terra Cosmetic Range Operated Directly By The City Of Dax While Ensuring Effective Operational Support For The Sales Force. This Consultation Will Be The Subject Of A “Composite” Framework Agreement Concluded With A Single Economic Operator, Comprising A Part Treated In The Form Of An Ordinary Contract, And A Part Treated In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. The “Ordinary Market” Part Concerns The Following Services: - Phase 01: Development And Structuring Of The New Communication Strategy For The Dax And Terra Cosmetic Range; - Phase 02: Deployment And Optimization Of The Communication Strategy; - Phase 03: Consolidation, Sustainability And Commercial Performance Of The Range. The “Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders” Part Sets The Conditions For Execution Of The Services And Is Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued. It Concerns The Following Services: Website Management, Social Media Management, Content And Brand Image, Sales Materials, Influence, Google And Ceo (Prices 2 To 7 Of The Price Details). The Maximum Amount For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, For Both Parties Combined, Is €360,000.00 Excluding Tax, I.E. €270,000 Excluding Tax For The Initial Period And €90,000 Excluding Tax For Possible Renewal.
