The Monitor Project Aims To Procure And Implement A Professional Ot Monitoring Solution. The Aim Is To Monitor Around 90% Of All Ot Systems, With Small Locations Being Deliberately Excluded From The Scope. The New Solution Is Intended To Make A Significant Contribution To Meeting The Minimum Ict Standard And Significantly Increase The Cybersecurity Of Ewzs Critical Infrastructure. Systematic Monitoring Of The Ot Environment Detects Threats Early, Increases Transparency About The Status Of The Infrastructure And Efficiently Supports Incident Response Processes. The New Ot Monitoring System Introduces A Central Management Console That Makes It Possible To Automatically Record, Correlate And Assign Alarms To The Responsible People. Clear Dashboards And Visualizations Are Intended To Make The Safety And Operating Status Of The Systems Visible At A Glance. The Project Covers The “Plants And Networks”, “Power Plants” And “District Heating” Areas Of Ewz, While Ewz Informatik And Oiz Are Explicitly Excluded From The Scope.
