This Consultation Concerns The Implementation Of Social Support Measures Within The Framework Of Sliding Leases In Order To Promote Access And Retention In Housing. As Part Of The Transfer Of Skills Between The Departmental Council And Toulouse Métropole Under The Notre Law Of August 7, 2015, Toulouse Métropole Has Been Managing The Housing Solidarity Fund On Its Territory Since January 1, 2017. As Such, Toulouse Métropole Entrusts The Service Provider Under Its Control, Its Responsibility And Within The Framework Of The Housing Solidarity Fund, With The Implementation Of Social Support Measures Within The Framework Of Sliding Leases In Order To Promote Access And Retention In Housing For Households Defined In Article 1 Of Law No. 90-449 As Amended. This Mission Falls Within The Field Of Integration Through Housing. Its Purpose Is To Promote Access And/Or Retention In Housing
