The Assignment Concerns The Conclusion Of One Service Agreement With One Contractor For The Provision Of Administrative Services. The Services Are Structurally Purchased By The Participating Services During The Term Of The Agreement, The Scope Of Which Depends On The Actual Use Of The Services.
