Operation Of Water Supplies – Concession In The Form Of A Public Service Delegation For The Production, Operation, Treatment, Distribution And Maintenance Of The Drinking Water Supply Systems Of The Municipalities Of Halstroff And Grindorff-Bizing. The Municipality Of Halstroff And The Municipality Of Grindorff-Bizing Are Committed To A Process Of Pooling The Operation Of The Drinking Water Supply System. As Such, A Granting Authority Group Was Created Between The Two Municipalities. The Municipality Of Halstroff Is Designated Coordinator Of The Group, Having The Status Of Contracting Authority. Given The Common Objective, The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Conclude A New Concession Contract Common To The Two Municipalities For The Production, Treatment, Storage And Distribution Of Drinking Water. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Concession In The Form Of A Public Service Delegation, For The Production, Operation, Treatment, Distribution And Maintenance Of The Drinking Water Supply System On The Drinking Water Supply Systems Of The Municipalities Of Halstroff And Grindorff-Bizing, In Application Of Articles L.1411-1 And R1411-1 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities And Articles L. 1121-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. The Delegatee Must Ensure, At His Own Risk, The Operation Of The Public Drinking Water Service (Production, Treatment, Distribution, Etc.) And The Technical Operation Of The Works (Maintenance, Etc.). The Essential Principles And Missions Imposed On Bidders Are Included In The Draft Concession Contract.
