Sewage Work – Abt-151-2-1 - Sew - Revamping Coeur De Station Eru. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Design And Carry Out Renovation Work On The Core Of The Sew Station, I.E. The Urban Water Treatment Lines (North Line, South Line And Storm Line), The Treatment Of Effluent From Ancillary Lines And The Sludge Treatment Line (From Extraction To Dehydration). The Solutions Expected For This Contract (Renovation Of The Core Of The Station) Must Integrate -A Solution To Ensure The Continuity Of The Operation Of The Sew During The Duration Of The Contract (Estimated At Approximately 4 Years) But Also To Meet The (Annual) Budgetary Constraints Linked To Financing By Spge; -An Increase In The Performance Of The Sew After Renovation (In Particular In Terms Of Hydraulic Capacity, Energy Optimization, Purification And Reduction Of Noise And Olfactory Pollution); -A Solution Which Must Imperatively Satisfy The Discharge Conditions Established By Directive 2024/3019/Eu Of November 27, 2024 Relating To The Treatment Of Urban Wastewater; -An Improvement In Operational Management (Operation And Maintenance) After Renovation (In Terms Of Cost, Ease And Safety); -Eco-Responsible Construction Site And Market Management (Co² Performance And Lansink Scale For Waste Prevention And Management); -All The Technical And Geographical Constraints Of The Site, In Consistency And Compatibility With The Subsequent Phases Of The Project (Gem, Uvb And Ios Projects Mentioned Above); -An Improvement In The Landscape Integration Of The Sew And Its Ancillary And Related Buildings. The Scope Of The Contract Is Specified In The Technical Specifications (Part V Of The Selection Document).
