The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Upgrade Of The Existing Hospital Information System Of The Contracting Authority To A New Version And The Expansion Of The Nis With The Functionality Described In More Detail In The Procurement Documentation. The Subject Of Performance Is Also The Delivery Of A Transactional Portal Solution Serving As An Interface For External Users Communication With The Organizations Internal Environment. Suppliers Are Also Entitled To Offer The Contracting Authority A New Solution (Not Based On An Upgrade Of The Existing Solution) - In This Case, It Is Necessary That The New Solution Fully Covers All Existing Nis Functionalities Incl. Its Integration - See The Clients Requirements Listed In Chap. 2.6 Of Annex No. 6 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Performance Also Includes Services Related To Delivery, Installation And Configuration, Setting And Consolidation Of Rules And Authorizations Associated With The Subject Of Delivery And Its Future Operation In The Clients Technological Environment, Data Migration From The Existing Nis Solution And Integration Of The Delivered Solution To The Existing Is, Functionality Verification And Acceptance Testing And Training Of The Clients Employees (Including It Administrators). Furthermore, The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Standard Warranty And Post-Warranty Service And Support Of The Delivered Sw Solution And Any Other Performance Related To The Above-Mentioned Delivery In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Stated In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes.
