The Procurement Concerns Framework Agreements For New Construction, Reconstruction And Delivery Of Pumping Stations, Pressure Boosting Stations And Water Kiosks For Va Operations. The Framework Agreement Covers Complete Facilities As Well As Constituent Subsystems. Assignments May, Depending On What Is Specified At Call-Off, Include Planning, Manufacturing, Delivery, Installation, Assembly, Connection, Testing And Commissioning. The Framework Agreement Must Be Able To Be Used For New Establishment, Reconstruction, Modernization, Capacity Increase And Replacement Of Existing Facilities. Area Division The Procurement Is Divided Into The Following Areas: Area A – Pump Station With Concrete Sump And Concrete Superstructure Complete Pump Stations With Prefabricated Or Cast-In-Place Concrete Sump And Concrete Superstructure Including Mechanical Equipment, Pipe Installations, Valves And Electrical And Control Systems. Area B – Pump Station With Concrete Sump And Wooden Superstructure Pump Stations With Concrete Sump And Insulated Wooden Superstructure, Adapted To Nordic Climate Conditions. Area C – Pump Station With Fiberglass Sump And Fiberglass Or Wooden Superstructure Pump Stations With Corrosion-Resistant Materials, Suitable For Environments With High Moisture Or Corrosion Loads. Area D – Pumping Station With Stainless Steel Sump And Wooden Superstructure Pumping Stations For Particularly Demanding Environments With High Requirements For Corrosion Resistance. Area E – Pump Station Without Superstructure Ground-Mounted Pump Stations Without Superstructure, Including Sump, Mechanical Equipment, Pipe System And Electrical And Control Equipment. The Following Material Designs Can Occur: Concrete, Fiberglass And Stainless Steel. Area F – Pressure Boosting Station For Drinking Water Complete Pressure Boosting Systems Including Pumps, Pipe Installations, Valves, Control Systems, Electrical Installations And Building Or Container Solution. Area G - Water Kiosk Complete Water Kiosks For Dispensing Water, Including Building Or Enclosure, Measuring Equipment, Control System, Access Solution And Backflow Protection. Withdrawal From The Framework Agreement Takes Place Through Renewed Competition (Fku). Technical Scope, Functional Requirements, Installation Requirements, Form Of Contract And Demarcation With Other Contracts Are Determined In The Respective Tenders.
