The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is To Ensure The Activities Of The Clients Technical Team, I.E. The Provision Of Expert Support To The Client And Subsequently To The Contractor Of The Construction Entitled Renovation Of Jiráskova Náměstí And Monastery Gardens In Pilsen. The Contracting Authority Assumes That The Selected Contractor Will Provide Technical And Economic Consultancy And Will Always Carry Out Its Activities In An Effort To Find The Most Effective Solution From The Point Of View Of Construction, Among Other Things By Actively Coordinating Construction Implementation, Will Be Able To Look For Risks Associated With Construction And Effectively Prevent Them, Will Assess And Solve Construction Changes In A Responsible Manner, Will Provide The Contracting Authority With Information On The Progress Of Construction Preparation And Implementation In An Appropriate Manner And To The Appropriate Extent, And Will Use Persons With Appropriate Education For The Performance Of The Public Contract, Experience And Management Skills.
