The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Planning Services (Lph 1-9) For Engineering Structures (§ 43 Hoai) Including Local Construction Supervision As Well As Other Special Services. The Contractor Must Provide The Complete Planning Services Of Service Phases 1 To 4 (Basic Determination To Approval Planning) For The Basic Sealing Of The Landfill Section Iii As Well As The Final Surface Sealing Of The Landfill Sections I To Iii Of The Schneeweiderhof Landfill. The Planning And Construction Services In Service Phases 5 To 8 (Implementation Planning Through To Construction Management) Are To Be Provided By The Contractor Exclusively For The Basic Sealing Of The Landfill Section Iii And For The Final Surface Sealing Of The Landfill Sections I And Ii Of The Schneeweiderhof Landfill. The Intention Is To Commission The Services In Stages. A More Detailed Explanation Of The Project Is Contained In The “Specification Of Services” Document.
