The Contracting Authority Hereby Invites An Unlimited Range Of Suppliers To Express Interest And To Conclude A Purchase Agreement Related To The Establishment And Operation Of A Consignment Warehouse (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement), Regulating The Conditions Of Supply Of Compensatory Aids For Patients With Hearing Impairment (Hereinafter Referred To As Hearing Aids), Incl. Accessories, And The Establishment And Operation Of A Consignment Warehouse (Hereinafter Referred To As Ks). The Client Requires That All Supplied Hearing Aids Be Recorded In The List Of Prices And Payments Of Zp Paid By Voucher (In Accordance With Act And No. 48/1997 Coll. On Public Health Insurance As Amended), For Reporting These Medical Devices To Health Care Payers.
