The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program For The Task Called Reconstruction, Modernization Of Hospital Buildings And Retrofitting Of Technical And Medical Infrastructure In Order To Improve The Quality And Access To Comprehensive Psychiatric Care At The Multi-Specialized Provincial Hospital In Gorzów Wielkopolski Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością. The Aim Of The Pfu Is To Design The Scope Of Construction Works, Modernization And Adaptation Of Hospital Spaces To New Functions, As Well As Retrofitting With Modern Medical Apparatus And Equipment, As Well As Equipment Necessary For The Functioning Of Organizational Units. The Project Should Be Implemented In A Sequential Manner, Keeping The Activities Of The Units Undisturbed Or Minimally Disturbed To The Maximum Extent Possible. The Pfu Contractor Is Obliged To Develop An Initial Concept Of Phasing The Works Along With Defining The Necessary Buffer Solutions Enabling The Temporary Transfer Of Medical Functions While Maintaining The Safety Of Patients And Staff. The Assumptions Must Make It Possible To Repair The Poor Technical Condition Of Pavilions No. 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 And 17 And Improve Their Functionality, As Well As Increase The Total Area Occupied By The Organizational Units Covered By The Project - From 9,445.00 M2 (Before The Investment Implementation) To Approximately 20,321.00 M2 (After The Project Implementation).
