As Part Of The Tender, A Private Operator Of Public Telecommunications Networks Is Sought For The Construction And Operation Of A Sustainable And High-Performance Telecommunications Network Infrastructure (Gigabit Network) Within The Meaning Of No. 3.1 Of The Gigabit Directive 2.0 As Part Of The “Gap Closure Program” According To No. 9.1 Of The Gigabit Directive 2.0. A Total Of 168 Addresses Were Identified In The Nordenham Urban Area That Are Considered Underserved According To The Funding Criteria. As Part Of This Tender, The Expansion Is To Take Place In The Definable Esenshamm District With 59 Addresses. After The End Of The Measure, All Participants Will Be Expanded With Fttb/H Technology And Reliably Supplied With Bandwidths Of At Least 1 Gigabit/S Symmetrically. With The Expansion Of The Gap Closure Area, All Eligible Addresses In The District Must Be Made Gigabit-Capable In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Aforementioned Funding Program. The Connection To The Gigabit Network Should Be Available To All Designated Subscribers, I.E. 100% Of The Subscriber Connections In The Expansion Area That Are Currently Underserved Within The Meaning Of The Gigabit Framework Regulation. Once The Network Has Been Expanded And Put Into Operation, Participants In The Expansion Area Should Have Access To A Transmission Rate Of At Least 1 Gbit/S Symmetrically (Downstream/Upstream). The Overall Economic Gap May Not Be More Than 1,000,000.00 Euros.
