This Consultation Is Therefore Launched For The Benefit Of A Group Of Orders (Hereinafter The Buyer) Composed Around Nantes Métropole And The City Of Nantes. The City Of Nantes Is Designated Coordinator Of This Group And Is Therefore Responsible For Launching The Market, Its Award, Its Monitoring And Is Legally Binding On All Members Of The Group Through Its Decisions. Each Member Of The Group Will Then Carry Out This Contract With The Successful Holder In Accordance With Its Own Needs (Operational And Financial Execution Of The Contract). In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R2161-2 To R2161-6 Then R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Contract Will Take The Form Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Devoid Of Any Minimum Amount, But Accompanied By A Maximum Amount Set, For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, At 1,980,000 Euros Excluding Tax. This Amount Is Divided Between The City Of Nantes For 990,000 Euros Excluding Tax And Nantes Métropole For 990,000 Euros Excluding Tax.
