Vehicle Towing-Away Services – Motor Vehicle Impound Service Concession On The Territory Of The City Of Puteaux. The Consultation Concerns A Motor Vehicle Impound Service Concession On The Citys Territory. The Municipality Of Puteaux, As Grantor, Entrusts The Concessionaire, On An Exclusive Basis And For The Duration Specified Below, With The Impoundment Service For Motor Vehicles On The Territory Of The City. The Purpose Of This Concession Is The Removal, Storage And Return Of Vehicles On The Territory Of The City Of Puteaux. The Concession Gives The Concessionaire The Exclusive Right To Operate The Public Motor Vehicle Impound Service. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible, At Its Own Risk, For The Operation Of The Public Automobile Impound Service, Namely Mainly: The Removal, The Guarding On A Compulsory Fenced Plot Of Land Which The Concessionaire Uses, And The Return To The Owners, Of Motor Vehicles In Violation Of The Highway Code, Damaged Vehicles, And Wrecked Vehicles And The Like. The Concessionaire Will Act On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Puteaux, Upon Any Request From The Judicial Police Officer Within The Framework Of The Regulations In Force. The Concessionaire Must Also Carry Out The Self-Service Removal Of Electric Scooters In Accordance With Article R417-10 Of The Highway Code. The Estimated Amount Of This Concession Contract Is Estimated At 350,000 Euros Excluding Tax.
