Urban Solid-Refuse Disposal Services - Experimental Service For Campaign Removal Of Waste (Construction And Bulky) From Populated Areas On The Territory Of The Municipality To The Regional Landfill For The Municipalities Of Varna, Aksakovo And Beloslav And/Or To A Specialized Waste Collection Site. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Compliance With The Environmental Legislation In The Field Of Waste Management, With A View To Reducing The Amount Of Waste For Landfill And With The Aim Of Providing An Accessible And Convenient Service For The Population, We Plan To Provide The Possibility Of Removing Construction And Bulky Waste. The Service Is Of An Experimental Nature And Includes The Removal Of Waste Directly From The Applicants Home Or On A Campaign Basis From A Certain Point In The Relevant Settlement To The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste For The Municipalities Of Varna, Aksakovo And Beloslav, Land In The Village Of Vglen And/Or To Specialized Sites. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Construction Waste Only To The Regional Landfill For The Municipalities Of Varna, Aksakovo And Beloslav (Rd), The Village Of Vaghlen, And Bulky Waste - To Specially Designated Sites In The Lands Of The Town Of Aksakovo And The Village Of Vglen, Observing The Specified Working Hours And Fulfilling The Rules For The Internal Order Of The Landfill / Site. The Site In The Land Of The Town Of Aksakovo Is Intended To Be Used For Servicing The Territory Of The Town Of Aksakovo. When Transporting Bulky Waste From Other Settlements, The Site In The Land Of The Village Of Vglen Is Used. The Acceptance Of The Waste In The Regional Landfill For The Municipalities Of Varna, Aksakovo And Beloslav, The Village Of Vaglen, The Village Of Vaglen Is Certified With A Weighing Note, And At The Sites - With A Corresponding Protocol. Manual Loading Of Waste Is Provided As An Additional Possible Activity. 2. Quantity And Volume The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 2.1. Transportation Of Waste: • With A Specialized Vehicle (Multilift) With A 5.5/6 Cubic Meter Container; • With A Specialized Vehicle With A Grab Crane; • With A Cargo Vehicle With A Volume Of Not Less Than 20 Cubic Meters 2.2. Waste Loading (If Necessary): • With A Specialized Vehicle With A Grab Crane; • With A Combined Excavator/Front Loader; • Manually. The Waste Will Be Removed On A Campaign Basis After An Explicit Assignment. The Contractor Is Obliged To Serve On The Door To Door Principle (For The City Of Aksakovo) Or To Place A 5.5/6 Cubic Meter Container, According To The Explicit Instructions Of The Contracting Authority, At Places Precisely Determined By The Contracting Authority And For A Period Specified By The Contracting Authority. Only For The Town Of Aksakovo Is Waste Loading Provided For Door-To-Door Service. For The Construction Waste, Previously Collected In Sacks In The Town Of Aksakovo, It Is Possible That A Need For Manual Loading May Arise. The Waste Intended For Removal Will Be: - Construction Waste (Co) Generated From Internal Renovations By Households (With Expected Codes 17 01 07 - Mixtures Of Concrete, Bricks, Tiles, Tiles And Ceramic Products Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 01 06 And 17 09 04 - Mixed Construction And Demolition Waste Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03); - Bulky Waste (Ego) - Sofas, Armchairs, Wardrobes, Mattresses, Etc.
