Cooling And Ventilation Equipment – ​​Supply Of Air Conditioning Equipment In Buildings 2, 3, 4, 11 And 13 Of The Central Services Of The Department Of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water And Rural Development. The Facilities That Constitute The Headquarters Of The Central Services Of The Ministry Of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water And Rural Development, (Hereinafter Capadr) Are Located On Tabladilla Street, S/N, In Seville And According To Cadastral Data They Have A Land Area Of 25,751 M² And A Constructed Area Of 19,721 M², Which Includes Office And Similar Premises, Warehouses, Archives, Covered Parking Area And Workshop, Divided Into Various Buildings And Have With Partial Type C Protection In The General Urban Planning Plan (Pgou) Of Seville. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Acquisition And Replacement Of Current Air Conditioning Systems, As Well As The Supply Of A Centralized Intelligent Building Air Conditioning Management Platform, To Improve Existing Systems In Order To Make Them More Energy Efficient, Improving Indoor Air Quality, Adding More User Comfort And Complying With Current Regulations. Specifically, The Equipment Intended For Air Conditioning On The 1St Floor In Buildings 3 And 4, As Well As Those In Buildings 2, 11 And 13, Will Be Replaced, Including The Actions And Materials Necessary For Its Correct Start-Up. This Action Will Contribute To The Transition Towards A Green Economy And The Reduction Of Co2 Emissions, And Supporting The Transition To A Low-Carbon Economy In All Sectors, Promoting Energy Efficiency In The Administration By Optimizing The Energy Consumption Of The Facilities.
